Work has begun at our project on Station Road in Great Shelford to provide 12 homes built to our high standards of sustainability using a structural insulated panel form of construction with PV panels situated on the south facing roof pitches. The project is being undertaken with our partner, Enterprise Property Group.

Five family homes on Glebe Road, Cambridge

We are delighted to report that we have secured planning permission for five family homes on Glebe Road to the south of Cambridge City centre. The homes vary from 225 sq metres to 310 square metres over three levels and will be built at the end of a private drive to our high levels of sustainability incorporating solar PV power generation and sedum roofs. We anticipate completion in Q1 2016.

Planning permission has been granted for Great Shelford

Planning permission has been granted for our development of twelves homes in Great Shelford. The project is located near to Shelford railway station providing easy access to Cambridge and London as well as the cycle routes to the BioMedical Campus and the City. The buildings will be constructed from a Structural Insulated Panel system providing very high levels of insulation and air tightness.

Cambridge, Newton Road

Working with private buyers, Orchard Estate, has assisted in obtaining planning permission for a new family home to be built to very high levels of sustainability on Newton Road to the south of Cambridge City Centre. The 420 sq metre home, designed by Lawrence Cousell in an Arts and Crafts style, will be heated by a ground source heat pump operating through an underfloor heating system with intelligent, remote controls.
